You are looking at a 1958-D Washington Quarter. This is a circulated example. You can judge the grade for yourself from the pictures. You will receive the actual coin shown in these pictures.
The Washington Quarter design was introduced in 1932 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of George Washington's birth. This design was in use through 1998 with very few changes, and only one interruption for the bicentennial year in 1975 and 1976.
The obverse design shows a bust of George Washington facing left. The design was by John Flanagan and was based on a sculpture by Jean-Antoine Houdon. The initials "JF" for John Flanagan are seen at the base of Washington's neck.
The reverse design is also by John Flanagan and shows a bald eagle facing left, with wings spread, grasping a bundle of arrows. There are two olive branches below the arrows.
Washington Quarters like this one, dated 1964 and earlier are made from 90% silver (know as .900 fine silver or "coin silver"). This example is from 1958 and was minted at the Denver mint.
